The Perfect Catch-All Planner Blueprint

For the past decade, I've been loyal to the Happy Planner Mini. It's the planner that aligned with my love for organization and even inspired my planner Instagram page. This year, I'm blending the Happy Planner size and discs with the inserts and dividers from Cloth & Paper. As I set up my 2025 planner, here's a detailed outline of how I plan to use each section.

Schedule

  • Today Tab with Weekly Admin Inserts

    • Tracking my scent of the day, including body oils or creams (because yes, I'm obsessed with perfume)

    • Maintaining a weekly grocery list to stay on top of meal planning

    • Keeping up with habit tracking for personal growth.

  • This Week Tab with a Dated Weekly Layout

    • Perfect for my everyday planning. Appointments, tasks, and everything in between.

  • This Month Tab with a Dated Monthly Layout

    • A bird's eye view of the month where I can write due dates and main events.

Finance

A place to house all thing money related.

  • My budget for the year

  • Monthly expenses

  • Documenting savings goals and progress

Notes and Lists

This is where customization shines.
